In 1999：
Jun. We established technology Center, engaged in development of new products.
Agu. 13, we were evaluated as Grade AA enterprise by China Agricultural Bank.
Nov. 21, we obtained ISO9002 international quality system, issued by Shanghai Quality System Approval and Examination Center.

In 2000：
March 23, Zeng Chengkui, academician in Chinese Academy of Science, made a inspection on us.
Jun. 25, the newly-developed MY ice cream emulsion stabilizer and SY special British gum have been tested qualified by experts with Qingdao government, Science and Technology Committee, and Economic Committee.
Agu. 26, we have reached an agreement of Cooperation with Qingdao Ocean University in production, study, and research, and conduct opening ceremony of practice base.

In 2001：
Jan. 10, Du Shicheng, vice governor and mayor of Qingdao made a special inspection to our work.
May. 26, we set up Association of Technology, passing constitution of Technology Association, and elected members of board in the first session.
Oct. Some leaders with National Agricultural Minitry inspected us.
Nov. 30, we obtained Certificate of Corporate Quality Qualification issued by China Quality Check and Verification Association.

In 2002：
Mar. 15, We joined hands with related science research units to invest 10 million yuan in teh development of filming integration method to extract mannitol, which are listed in National 863 Project.
Sep. 18, Two projects are certified by related experts, namely, deep filtration extraction of mannitol, and development and application in deep treatment in kelp processing with filming technology.
July, our company has changed version of ISO9001-2000 standard version, further improving quality managerial system, and passing the cleaning certification of jew.
Dec. Our technological center was evaluated as Qingdao Technological Center
Dec., the project of research and development on new technology utilization in a comprehensive way----application for marine biological technology in 863 programs was listed as development plan in high and new technology.

In 2003：
Feb, Zhang Guofang, our general manager, was elected as deputy of Qingdao People's Congress and attended the 13th People's Congress.
Mar., we requisitioned a land of 180 mu in the coastal park, in hope to set up Jintaiyuan Marine Science and Technology Park, and Yingfei Pharmaceutical Branch.
Sep, we invested 10 million Yuan medicine production workhouse, occupying an area of 20 mu in line with international standard of GMP. This project will start Jun. 1st.
Oct. sewage treatment and comprehensive utilization with an investment of 5 million yuan were completed.
